I ordered from thelacecactus.com the item turned out fine in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience or anything.
The main thing was the communication. I had to reach out myself for updates, and the replies were a bit slow — not awful, just, I don’t know, I wish they’d been clearer about what was going on.

My package came in looking really neat and secure. The box were clean, no dents, and the tape wasn’t all messy or overdone. It felt like someone actually took their time packing it, which I appreciated. Nothing fancy, just simple and nice.

The website is fine overall, and I was able to browse the main categories without too much trouble. The pictures loaded okay for me, and checkout wasn’t a big hassle, so it definitely works for basic shopping.
That said, it felt clunky in a few places, and I had to click around more than I should’ve just to find certain details. What annoyed me most was that some info wasn’t communicated very clearly, so I kept second-guessing where to look or what something meant. It’s usable, just not as smooth or straightforward as I’d like. 3 stars.

Overall, it’s not a bad shop, I just wish the inventory was updated more often or had better size availability.

Some areas were way too tight while other parts were oddly loose, like the proportions didn’t match the measurements at all. It didn’t feel like a normal “maybe I should size up” situation — it felt inconsistent.

I really wanted to like it, but I can’t see myself wearing it. Unless they sort out the sizing, I probably wouldn’t order again

The lace feels nice and looks pretty, so I’m mostly happy with it. There was one small loose thread, which isn’t a huge deal, but I did feel kind of ignored when I brought it up. Overall, it’s good quality, just not perfect.

The delivery came when they said it would, which was a relief because I was running around all day and didn’t have time to deal with any delays. Everything arrived fine and there weren’t really any issues
